Basically, the banks and institutions like paypal realized that the money and time spent having to issue these refunds.......stop payments.......placing holds on funds...........etc, was more trouble than it's worth.

This resulted in multiple requests for refunds......which eventually resulted in the banks deciding it was more trouble than it's worth because they were either losing money..........or not making enough money to justify the headache.


They even said that their decision to withhold payments wasn't just due to Bella Thorne.........but other women on their platform who were doing the same thing.
