This had more to do wit ECW and some of the talent they still weren't truly feeling.

Randy Orton failed 3 drug test which then was an automatic firing no matter what....boy went on to win multiple titles and mega pushes. So yeah it was "we wasn't rocking with RVD long term" more then anything.
