Its shit like this that displays the simple reality. WWE has  never done better as a business. Call a spade, a spade.

So much of the discourse in here just flies in the face of the facts. Quality is subjective. But this shit is undeniable, when Backlash (word to Joey Styles) is getting this kind of concerted effort then you really argue with the results.
 
And really it follows a long standing tradition of Wrestling pioneering technology. Wrestling was broadcasted on the radio, was at the forefront of the invention of the television, syndication, closed-circuit, cable, PPV, home video and PPV, streaming, social media, and now licensing deals to stand up new streaming verticals-- namely ESPN and Netflix live events.

If AEW where a serious enterprise, they'd give less fucks about signing WWE castoffs and more about breaking new ground with emerging technologies. They should be leading in the charge in VR and AR, interactive broadcasts like Twitch, breaking new grounds that we havent seen before. Because thats what wrestling has always done to drive business. On a day we lost a pioneer like Ted Turner, its sad that all we are left with is Tony Khan.

this why i never say nothing about those types of matches cause the whole point of it is to entertain, its either gonna be surprisingly good entertainment or some corny shit that ima walk away from

that 6 man tag at mania this year with the Usos n LA vs Speed n the Vision i went into that wanting to see it cus i know how athletic speed is and figured it'd just be full of shenanigans
