yeah from what I understood is that Khan wanted to bring him in and Goldberg I remember saying he is open to it then all of a sudden he was bashing them online. Probably didnt get the money offer he thought they would give him.

They probably wanted to bring him in for a one off match with Wardlow since he was getting the Goldberg style chants and was hot with the crowd.

Since TNA President Carlos Silva teased that this weekend's Slammiversary is going to be "Phenomenal", the usage of the word has had fans buzzing that perhaps AJ Styles, TNA's first homegrown star, now with WWE, will finally return to TNA.

It's also interesting to note that when I interviewed WWE NXT's Trick Williams this week, the current TNA Champion, he brought up Styles as the person he wants to face for the title from the WWE main roster.

In asking around among WWE sources, we can confirm there has absolutely been talk that Styles will be making an appearance this weekend. TNA sources would not confirm that, but obviously, that word was used for a reason by Carlos Silva and the timing is perfect, especially if TNA wanted last minute ticket sales for the UBS Arena.

So, if you are hoping to see the prodigal son finally return home, I believe you will be happy if you order or attend Slammiversary - my opinion.

Styles has not appeared for TNA since May 2013, wrestling Magnus (Nick Aldis), so if he does appear, it has been a long time coming for the former NWA, TNA and X-Division Champion.

When Vince was around he couldn’t make a babyface the audience cared about to save his life.

Now Hunter can’t make a heel to save his life, Gunther aside. And that’s even more preposterous cause HHH was thee top heel forever lol

Maybe if he didn’t have Drew wasting time running round with fkn logan Paul he’d have 2 solid top heels
