Or they was supposed to back down, how Penelope Ford the one grabbing the chair instead of the big chick. Look like they did it on purpose to make Rosa look bad

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics filed a report today citing how much morale has declined for WWE employees in recent months under TKO ownership, citing a number of factors, including heavier workloads, “limited pay increases” and reduced benefits.

PWInsider.com can independently confirm that with the addition of PBR to the company, including WWE now streaming the bullriding organization on their YouTube channel, there has been a continued discussion among employees about how much more work they have to shoulder at the same time many have been let go over since the Endeavor takeover - yet bonuses were at a minimum and annual raises were described as a "simply" a small 3% raise, which lines up with Wrestlenomics' reporting.

The elimination of comp tickets for employees at events - WWE now instead provides a VIP pre-sale password for employees to purchase tickets, was also cited. This has been a sore point among employees for some time and even among top talents, such requests are scrutinized far more under TKO than they would be under the previous ownership. One story making the rounds is that all ticket requests have to be personally approved by WWE President Nick Khan’s office.

The Wrestlenomics report also cited something that PWInsider.com independently can confirm - that there are WWE HQ employees who have grown increasingly upset hearing how great the company is doing, but at the same time, find themselves with limited raises and bonuses alongside greater day to day responsibilities. The end of program allowing employees to buy WWE stock at a discount has also “poked holes” in employee morale.

The fear among employees is that they will continue to shoulder additional responsibilities as the company heads into the biggest part of their year - Wrestlemania season - will see the company certainly reaping rewards, but those with boots on the ground for the company will not.

WWE did not respond to Wrestlenomics' request for comment.

The February 19 episode of AEW Dynamite saw an awkward post match angle that left many confused.

Following a match with Kris Statlander, Penelope Ford got involved and helped out Bayne. Thunder Rosa made the save with a chair, and an odd series of events unfolded.

Bayne and Ford’s characters looked unbothered by the situation, while Thunder Rosa held back hitting them with chairs.

Online speculation claimed that Bayne and Ford “went into business for themselves,” but the claim internally was that wasn’t the case. Those that we spoke to said it would have been a coach or producer miscommincation in not instructing the talent where to position themselves.

Sources in AEW said that the situation was discussed following the segment and none of the participants have issues working together.

Last night's WWE Women's Tag Team Championship win by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez had been long planned, PWInsiderElite.com can confirm. We noted last month they were slated for a big push as a tag team and this will be the start of their next chapter leading into Wrestlemania 41. We are told that WWE management was really happy with the live reactions during the match and that as a main event for Raw, it more than delivered.

With the title switch done, the expectation in WWE is that Jade Cargill will be returning very soon, perhaps as soon as this Saturday's Elimination Chamber PPV in Toronto.

There's been talk of some international tryouts being set up in the near future.

Vince don't have the time and talent.

Barely any big names on the indies so he would have to go from scratch or a ex WWE pool of former talent. It just is a bad overall idea.

Now if it was Shane I'd be slightly more intrigued to play with the idea but no chance in hell for Vince. Issa wrap.

A Vince McMahon wrestling company with no ties to WWE is wild. I honestly hope we don’t see this lol.

I...I actually wanna see this outta curiosity. At least just to see it crash & burn

You a hungry wrestler who's been making your bones throughout the indies, and haven't broken into the mainstream. But then THIS opportunity presents itself...SHIIIIIEETTT! That man will have NO problem filling up a roster.

And I'm SURE he'll be able to pull some "big" names. I dunno bout Rock/Austin/Cena level. But I wouldn't doubt him pulling someone who would generate eyes to his product.

I do have a morbid curiosity to see if this happens too cuz wrestling so over saturated… and Vince so old and got so much shit going on that another company would be a interesting car crash waiting to happen. Vince fucked his legacy up enough tho.

The majorly interesting part is if Shane would be involved.

you would be shocked how many people that are still loyal to V.K.M. to pull this off with moderate success.

It'll be roster filled wit ppl who he previously released who feel like they have a chance finally like AOP, Enzo, Ryback etc.. + the ppl who originally got blackballed like Del Rio, Bobby Fish, Lars Sullivan, Velveteen Dream, Marty Scrull.. tessa blanchard long as Paul can resist the urge to bring her in etc. The mfs who don't nobody wanna fw basically with Lesnar as the inaugural champ.

And there will be ppl who tune into watch that shit too cus the sad reality is it's mfs who could care less bout the shit he done and who think the company was ran better over him.

I just don't see it happening honestly and if it does somehow then I don't see it being on FOX
