I saw the list and laughed and wasnt going to comment but my initial thought was how the fuck is Mr. T at Mania 1 not more important then 90% of this list.

For me the top 3 easily is:

Mr T - Huge part of Mania 1

Tyson - Tyson at Mania 14 was a game changer in wrestling, Bischoff admits it as well they were fucked when they saw Tyson was rumored to be involed with Mania. Also still one of my favorite simple Mania posters thats been engraved in my brain for life.

Logan Paul- no explanation needed, he out performed all the celebs in ring skill (maybe outside the Arrow actor).
 
Floyd deserves a top 5 too. It was a big deal when he came in as he still was king of the boxing world and that nasty 2 pc he gave Big Show made the shit come off wild asf. Floyd was acting a fool during the whole build.

AEW is just a dream match promotion.

They had one story to tell which was the Elite saga with Hangman. Other than that, they don't tell stories. They book angles (ie MJF/Wardlow recreating the Dibiase/Virgil turn) but have no idea how to follow up on them.

I wouldnt say they dont tell stories because that aint true at all but recently its been a little off the rails tho with weird booking and go and pause pushes but hopefully they can turn it back around.

Eh. There's the jericho leeching method no stories there.
You got the Elite cornered off having their Meltzer bait matches with no stories there.
Blackpool Combat Club bleeding everywhere had a story but then Regal left and they've never bothered expanding on Yuta.
Jade undefeated streak that somehow never intersects with the rest of the women that matter.
MJF has a story of growing into being champion but it's mostly told through his promos. There's no narrative to follow as he is the same cheap heat heel as ever.
And then there's all of the toys that Tony has gotten tired of playing with. The Miro's, wardlow's, Darby Allin's, the acclaimed might be on that list too soon enough.

It's masked pretty effectively by match quality but that's not the same thing. That's why they think they can cool down hot acts and then reheat them later.
