WWE Superstar Sonya Deville was arrested last month in Atlantic City, New Jersey, for carrying a firearm in her vehicle without a permit.

According to TMZ Sports, court documents show that a valet contacted police on Feb. 19 when they found a gun in the glove box of Deville's car. Deville was then arrested when it was determined that she did not have the proper permit to carry a gun in New Jersey.

Deville was charged with one count of unlawful weapon possession of a handgun without permit, and she is scheduled to appear in court this month.
The hell the valet doing looking in the glove box for then he went and snitched

Ok I'm glad yall pointed that out. If I'm Sonya...I'm suing the valet company. Da fucc you doing going thru my glove box???

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com provided some additional details regarding Regal’s new job in WWE. Johnson noted that Regal has been at every RAW and Smackdown taping. Johnson also wrote the following regarding Regal’s duties…

“Regal watches and takes notes on every match at the taping and meets with the talents after to provide advice on ways they can make their matches look stronger and more realistic from an in-ring perspective, including notes and suggestions on how talents can improve their selling, physicality during locking up and reversals, etc. We have been told Regal is more or less giving advice on how to improve the finer points of the matches so that everyone can look stronger inside the ring.”

The 5/27 WWE King and Queens of the Ring event will emanate from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, PWInsider.com can confirm.

WWE has run events at King Abdullah International Stadium in the past in that city.

@SportsByRo drop that exclusive! Word is Brock turned down a bunch of Mania matches and picked Omos
:scust:

Brock Lesnar has been on a WrestleMania carousel, with about a half dozen options thrown his way since the fall.

We'll start in chronological order based on what we've heard.

Sometime towards the summer or fall of 2022, after the major WWE regime switch, we're told Stone Cold Steve Austin was approached with the possibility of facing Brock Lesnar. Austin would decline, and we're told that a subsequent offer was made for a possible match with Roman Reigns. However, we were also informed that there was a huge disparity in payout, with the pitched Lesnar match nowhere approaching that of the Reigns offer.

Later in the fall, internal WWE documents had Brock Lesnar scheduled to face Gunther. That was listed as the plan as of November 21, heading into Survivor Series, with news leaking to WrestlingNews.co a few weeks later. We weren't given a reason as to why this match was nixed or by who, but sources indicated to us that by the time that news emerged, the match was nixed. It's worth noting the Intercontinental Title wasn't mentioned whatsoever internally for this match. For the past several months, Gunther's plan has been solidly in place, and we're told Gunther/Brock was not considered for any extended period of time.

As one can imagine, Bobby Lashley was also on the table for a possible Brock Lesnar WrestleMania match. We're not sure what happened to cause that one to be off, but that led to Lashley facing Bray Wyatt...who was also pitched for Lesnar.

We're not sure necessarily when Bray Wyatt was pitched as a possible opponent for WrestleMania, but he was mentioning it as recently as right before WWE Elimination Chamber. Sources familiar with the situation claim that Brock himself nixed the idea, though we weren't given specifics as to why.

That leads us to Omos. That is the current plan for WrestleMania, though it was hinted to us that there was an undisclosed "backup," but that it isn't factored into creative plans. We should reiterate, it was never confirmed to us who pitched the match. However, it was confirmed to us that Brock Lesnar personally approved the Omos match.

WrestleVotes had implied on Twitter, and later intimated to Fightful that Vince McMahon was involved with pushing for this match to happen. We haven't confirmed that internally, but sources close to Lesnar -- or at least as close as sources can get to Lesnar -- had indicated that "could be true." Sources in creative since last week said that it wasn't a Vince McMahon decision, and that Vince McMahon has had no contact with creative directly. Last week, Fightful reported that one talent believed McMahon had more of an influence on creative than publicly believed, which was echoed by others on the roster, before WWE told us that wasn't true. That talent has since doubled down on that stance.

Makes WWE's locker room look great in respect to how they view/value veterans and their advice whilst AEW has veterans regularly saying they aren't being valued there. They really got to get their back of house affairs in order, they're making it too easy.

Quick question: Umm what long-term booking or great storyline has HHH come up with during his tenure as head of creative?

Bloodline was Vince, including the Sami Zayn addition
Cody was Vince
Bray's storyline is meh at the moment
Judgment Day stuff with Dom started with Vince

Maybe Brock did Bray a favor and chose Omos because the plan is for him to squash his opponent in like 5 seconds and he knows Omos is one of the worst in the company so boom.

Doms heel turn happened at Clash at the Castle so point for H. And then the Prison Dom stuff thereafter.

Sami's storyline intersecting with Roman was also under Hunter. Again in the lead-up to Clash with Sami integrating himself into the Bloodlone by taking Claymores for Roman.

All the continuity in stories has to go to Hunter too since that was obviously lacking under Vince and his last minute rewrites. Hunter hired a editor who tracks all of that. So things like Jey's current role, KO entering the Sami/Bloodline story can be attributed to that.

Theory getting his name back, losing the selfie gimmick and briefcase, and being rebuilt as a more serious character.

Reuniting Imperium, reheating Sheamus with the Brutes, restoring the prestige of the midcard titles, etc.

Wasn’t gonna say it and find myself in a useless back and forth where the goal post suddenly gets moved but.... this, exactly. He knows it, he watches every week

CONTINUING something that was already going on is not COMING UP with the idea...which is what I was asking.

The Dom storyline came from Vince
Bloodline and Sami came from Vince
Cody story came from Vince
Bray Wyatt came from HHH
Johnny Gargano/Lumis/Miz came from HHH

Theory getting his name back is not long-term booking or a great storyline. Theory is the same as he was before the cash in. All he did was drop his phone and get angry...which is what Lashley did the month before iirc.

All that other stuff is not some great storyline or long-term booking on the level of the bloodline. Ya know, an actually GREAT storyline?

You'd be wrong as usual. Truth is, HHH hasn't come up with anything great in terms of storyline or booking so far in his tenure. The best storylines going on right now are Vince creations. Has HHH continued them, added to them, and/or changed them for the better? Yes. But he didn't come up with them...which is what I was asking
