WWE filed the following document with the SEC today. It outlines his plan to take back over the WWE Board, as we reported yesterday. It also contains the correspondence between he and the Board.

The fliling also noted thaf JoEllen Lyons Dillon, Jeffrey R. Speed and Alan M. Wexler were removed from the Board without cause as directors so that Vince McMahon, George Barrios and Michelle Wilson could take their places.
