Per the Florida Highway Patrol arrest report on Jeff Hardy, a white car was seen “swerving” and “running off” the roadway Monday around 12:30 a.m. When the officer made a traffic stop and engaged Hardy, the wrestler seemed “to be in a stupor and confused,” per the report.

Once he left his car, Hardy was unsteady and smelled of alcohol, per the report. Officers, through conversation, learned Hardy had been drinking. Hardy could not complete any portion of sobriety exercises successfully “or without risk of falling,” the officer wrote in the report.

Officers administered a breath test and Hardy’s first sample read 0.294 of blood-alcohol content. A second sample read 0.291. The legal limit to drive in Florida is .08.

naw it’s not the same because jeff won’t receive any pushes or championship reigns after this

There was zero chance the Hardy’s were gonna win Wednesday in the ladder match for the tag titles. Sooo what does AEW do with that match now?

Edit: match is no longer being advertised

Did you think it would happen? AEW need to make him get some help and if he refuses like he did with WWE then they gotta fire him. He need to see some jail time, has he ever been put away before?

No. Beside the little locked up and bond stage.

Jeff making it worse still doing those crazy stunts. Even Darby had asked Jeff to do a few spots for him in the matches they were in together.

I was saying this while Jeff was in WWE: he should never be in contention for a championship ever again. Even the 24/7 title, he should never have competed for that title. Elevate new talent and that’s it

Jeff Hardy was bonded out of jail in Volusia County, Florida this evening at 7:07 PM, paying a $3,500 bond via the assistance of a bail bondsman.

7:57 PM EST Update: Hardy was slated to appear in court tomorrow at 1:30 PM but that appearance is currently listed as "canceled."
