Johnny Gargano has reportedly signed a short-term contract extension with WWE to ensure he will be able to work the Dec. 5 NXT WarGames pay-per-view.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Gargano signed a one-week extension with WWE, meaning his contract will now expire on Dec. 10 rather than Dec. 3.

Sapp also reported that Gargano and WWE continue to hold negotiations for a potential long-term extension if the two sides can reach a deal.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (h/t WrestlingInc.com's Marc Middleton) recently reported that WWE made a "strong" contract offer and was pushing "very hard" to sign him to a long-term deal.
 
Gargano knows he's getting released as soon as he hits the Main roster. Smart move to do one last NXT special and dip. Only thing is, he got a baby on the way so he may re-sign and end up as an active performer/trainer

Gargano need to book from WWE after War Games and make his way over to Impact or AEW. He's going to be either a joke or an afterthought on the main roster. The same thing for Kyle O' Reilly.

Yea I don’t wanna see Brandi on AEW TV unless it’s something to do with her being CFO, since she has experience in that field. She’s doesn’t need to be in the ring
 
Brandi in the ring was just cooking up. If she came in legit fully focused on being one of the best I'd get behind it. Folks shit on people to quick for no reason these days shit gets old when it comes to wrestling fans.

Red Velvet another who I think with in a year has shown she went from a scrub to a pretty damn good talent on the rise. Jade too tho she still crafting her shit.
 
They both probably turn heel for Cody heel run and just have her be his Francine to his Shane Douglas they both were doing during Cody hit list run post WWE. Shit worked well. 39o8ijyq5sj11.jpg

Feel bad for Cody because buddy been killing the game the past 3 years and probably got a few matches of the year and promo of the years under each of those years and fans just flipping to flip. Just gotta grt him heel and close to his 2017-16 run.
