WWE Chairman and Cheif Executive Office Vince McMahon has a base salary of $1.4 million in 2020. When you add up his base salary (the same as 2021), $1.63 million in stock awards, $854,000 in incentives, and just over $20,000 in other compensations, McMahon earned $3,905,792 in 2020. This would be lower than his compensation in 2019 and 2020. In 2020, McMahon earned $5.6 million.
WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon was paid a 2021 base salary of $730,000. When you add in $464,778 in stock, $222,650 in incentives and $775,723 in other compensation (including her contract to perform on camera) to her base salary Stephanie earned $2,187,266 in 2020.
WWE Executive Vice President, Global Talent Strategy & Development Paul Levesque is earning a base salary of $730,000 for 2021. With $464,778 in stock awards, $222,650 in incentives and just under $906,737 in other compensation (including his contract to perform on camera), Levesque earned $2,318,280 in 2020.
Shane McMahon earned $820,369 as a performer for the company for 2021.

After joining the company in August 2020, between his base salary of $498,462 (from August 2020 on), $6.8 million in stock, $471,823 in incentives, and $5.19 million in other compensation (including his signing bonus), Khan earned $12,964,565 in 2020 for the company. If Khan is fired or leaves WWE within the first 12-24 months of employment, he will have to repay $3.1 million. If he leaves or is fired within 2-3 years, he will have to contractually repay $1.2 million.
