WWE been trying to figure out how to do business with NJPW for the longest. The biggest problem...WWE pretty much wants majority of the control. NJPW ain't having that.

NJPW is just as big of a pro-wrestling promotion as WWE. They're not no small time company who "need" WWE for the exposure. I remember reading it was rumors of "talks" b/t the two couple of years ago. But I think NPJW nixed that rumor if I'm not mistaken.

WWE is trying to get their foot into Japan and launch WWE Japan.

WWE Japan i think could end up just being a code name too if they have it their way and some how end up getting their hands on NOAH like they did AAA because before they got that they were working to launch a "NXT MEXICO" but then they got AAA and all talks of NXT Mexico stopped cus basically when they got it they were in.

It could just be them working with NOAH like they are TNA tho but that partnership is growing tho with them adding them to the game and rumors of them swapping women in the future
