There are some within WWE who believe Seth Rollins is heading for a shoulder or rotator cuff surgery, PWInsiderElite.com has learned. We have not independently confirmed that but it is absolutely being stated internally.

Rollins was attacked by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed on Raw yesterday after appearing to injure himself while competing against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel: Perth on Saturday.

It should be noted that there are some within the company who are taking a "wait and see" stance on Rollins after he worked everyone about his knee issues over the summer. That situation led to a lot of people in the company being left feeling lied to and worked over the situation as well as disconnect in morale within the company, especially for those who felt it was all for a moment that didn't make sense in terms of story.

Others who believe the injury is legit noted that the turns wouldn't have happened this quickly in The Vision's run and that potential money-making matches with CM Punk and Roman Reigns are now off the table because of the timing. They noted the silver lining would be that pushing Breakker and Reed to the moon with Paul Heyman as their mouthpiece could be something fresh to help shake up the current creative doldrums.

PWInsiderElite.com spoke with one high-up executive yesterday who acknowledged Rollins was hurt but stated (at that point) that no one had details on how bad the issues could be. Today in WWE HQ, there was word spreading of a potential surgery, but nothing has been officially announced by anyone in the company - nor has there been any acknowledgement of what this means for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Everyone is like "Fool me once...shame on you. Fool me twice...shame on me."

Ridge Holland’s WWE deal will be expiring soon.

Luke Menzies, formerly Ridge Holland, announced that his WWE contract will be allowed to expire on November 14. Menzies will be sidelined for the next 6-7 months, and revealed that WWE will continue to pay for the rehab for his injury, but will not be able to work during that period.

There were many fans who acted as if paying the rehab was a good will gesture. However, Ridge Holland was injured while working a TNA booking that was a part of his WWE contract. Not paying for his rehab would have been a situation that likely led to a successful lawsuit on Menzies’ part.

Beyond that, reports emerged from Wrestling Observer that Menzies was on “NXT money,” which is accurate. Fightful Select has learned that Menzies original main roster deal was up in November 2024. He was offered a one-year extension at about $200,000 less than that he had been making, and accepted it. That deal is up in mid-November. We’re told that Menzies wasn’t paid extra as a part of the TNA talent exchange that saw him get injured.

WWE talent that we spoke with were universally disappointed that Menzies was not being paid while injured. One veteran WWE male talent said that this would have never happened pre-pandemic, and that is a significant concern for many on the roster.

This is crazy

Since so many readers have sent this along, I wanted to make a mention.

Chris Jericho began advertising talents for his November 2026 cruise today.

There is no mention of AEW wrestling matches or any AEW talents listed, when usually there have been in the past.

Again, this event is not taking place until November 2026 but given the fact Jericho's AEW deal is expected to come up at the end of the year, it's either a sign of his departure or a clever way to keep people guessing, which obviously they are.

Again, so many have sent this along, just wanted to mention.

Kota Ibushi announced:

"My current condition. One year to fully recover. Two years until I can step into the ring again. I believe in myself more than the doctors. I absolutely don't believe in that. I know I have amazing DNA that gives me the ability to heal!!"
