B-Fab got an opportunity on WWE Smackdown, and plenty of people in WWE were happy about it.

B-Fab wrestled on the November 15 episode of Smackdown in the United States Title tournament, and also was featured in a backstage segment. There were a number of staff and talent watching the match from Gorilla and backstage, as we’re told B-Fab has gained a reputation for working hard to improve.

B-Fab has been going to the New Hart Dungeon run by Natalya and Tyson Kidd, becoming one of their most frequent visitors. We’re told that she’s been anxious to wrestle more, as well. She was put in tag team matches on a recent overseas live tour, and we’re told did well enough to get more opportunities on screen.

"Her initiative goes a long way. She's been called up, released, brought back, put with a different group. She's going above and beyond to make herself as available, useful and versatile as she can and always has a good attitude," said one WWE producer.

Good shyt. You love to see it

I don't usually tell people what to think, but there is no way he was held back in WWE. If anything he was protected because he will probably come off super lame if they let him use a mic too often. The best thing to ever happen to this guy was Prince Puma.
In what ways was he protected? How can he be protected yet they run him out there to do promos knowing he wasnt good on the mic? Rhea is a good example of protecting your talent who arent great talkers; cause these days they have them cut pre-taped promos. And this didnt start til after Ricochet left.

In-ring wise, at the time He was literally the only guy on the roster who could do what he does. The "he cant talk" bit is just an excuse cause they could have had him cut pre-taped promos or they could have easily gave him an MVP / Heyman type to do the talking for him. As you can see even with someone like Ronda who couldnt talk either, management did them no favors.

Ricochet is a product of coming into WWE at the wrong time. He was a Triple H Black and Gold guy (and Vince HATED Black and Gold guys aside from KO and Sami) and he was a talent on the roster during a time Vince had lost his mind and had no business booking the show anymore

By the time Hunter took over fully there were too many newer talent that took priority over Ricochet like Bron, Melo, Iija, Gunther, etc. Which he himself mentioned in an interview. At best Ricochet could have had a similar WWE trajectory as RVD

B-Fab has top heel potential in the women's division. I hope she gets more opportunities....

New or old, few can move around the ring like Ricochet, so his ability there is not an issue. Ricochet has been apart of WWE long enough to have figured out a persona to lean into. At no point ever has the man shown any personality that didn't come with his suits.

It's nothing new with Ricochet, I just hoped that with him joining the WWE that he would grow, but he left the WWE the exact same wrestler that he entered as. So many others went through NXT and found personas to develop there or even on the main roster. Candace Larae is an example of a decent worker who struggled to figure out where to lean with their character in a sea of characters. She is finally showing something worth looking forward to.

This never occurred with Ricochet. No matter the feud, the show, the title reign, the guy never showed he was more than a generic luchadore. I still have hope he will figure it out. He's so amazing in the ring, he could do a whole gimmick where he constantly psyches out the crowd by not doing crazy flips and just doing an armbar or taunting them.

Your entire grip has more to do with the creative team than it does Ricochet.

Imagine getting upset at Jade for signing wit a talent agency...but ignoring the fact that most recently Liv...and MANY others b4 them have done the same.

How is this new to some of yall?? Lol!
the difference is the others at the very least show me something in the ring..... Jade outside her being in great shape has shown nothing...... like i said they should have put her in Nxt when she signed to wwe from Aew...... i don't see her putting in the time or work like Bianca did in Nxt.
