For those who have asked, The Buddy Murphy injury over the weekend on AEW Collision was 100% a storyline work.

The angle was done for Murphy to take time off so he could travel back to Australia with his fiancée, WWE's Rhea Ripley, for a family event.

There is no word when he is scheduled to be returning.

The CW Network announced today that WWE NXT will make its premiere on 10/1 at 8 PM Eastern.

PWInsiderElite.com has learned that there have been early plans made for that premiere episode to emanate outside of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando and be held on the road in a major arena.

WWE and CW are seeking to approach that first episde, which will be the very first time the brand has broadcast television exposire, as a major event. One source compared it to early NXT Takeovers in terms of its overall importance to the NXT brand. WWE absolutely wants to put its best foot forward as it builds its partnership with CW.

We are told that several different market have been discussed for the CW debut taping, with Chicago being the most prominently mentioned in recent days. Chicago is the home of one of the headquarters for Nexstar Media Group, which now owns the CW Network and made the NXT deal.

More as we confirm.

I don't have the CW on direct tv stream but it's just NXT so I don't really care about losing it
That shit is over the air TV so you can get it if you want. Otherwise there's a CW app and it's on Hulu the next day.

Sufficient to say if some shit ever did happen that u wanted to see you'd be covered.
