- This week’s AEW Dynamite in Jacksonville was in the city because Tony Khan needed to be in proximity of Jaguars HQ considering the NFL Draft was coming up.
- Fightful Select reported earlier this week that Drew McIntyre's WWE contract is up in May, in which Wrestling Observer confirmed on Friday as well.
- The BetOnline AG odds in the Roderick Strong/Kyle O'Reilly match shifted from O'Reilly being the favorite to Strong being the favorite. On Wednesday's AEW post-show, Sean Ross Sapp had Strong as an underdog likely to win.
- Wrestling Observer also mentioned a topic that Fightful Select reported on back in August, where Vince McMahon was in favor of Roman Reigns winning last year's WrestleMania match over Cody. However, last summer when we spoke to Cody Rhodes, we were told WWE was very transparent about the creative plans leading up to WrestleMania 39.
- As Fightful Select had reported earlier this year, Rossy Ogawa and his new promotion Marigold, are expected to have a connection to WWE in some capcity.
