I think it's a wrap for Sheamus. If Edge/Stone Cold had to retire early from the ring Vince will probably force him to do so as well.

If I'm WWE, I'm not putting him back in the ring b/c they are playing with fire. I do feel bad in a way for Cesaro b/c he should at least had 1 World Title reign during his WWE run. With the creative mess that WWE is now, he's going to be lost in the shuffle.

Thing is hes been wrestling with that injury for like 2-3 years now. Thats why they formed the Bar to prolong his career and keep him from having to take any major bumps. I remember reading about it back when he first got the injury n it was one of the reasons I didnt like the Bar. I felt like Cesaro was being held back and used to keep Sheamus safe in the ring. They should of been told Sheamus it was time to wrap it up.

Edge & Austin also commented on it back when it was revealed and said they were surprised Sheamus was wrestling through it but it was his choice to hang it up or keep going.

Alwaya found Sheamus extremely boring. Decent move set but that's it, no "big" personality and his only run worth talking about was his first 6 months. Sucks for him tho

- TheWrap.com is reporting that Smackdown Live will remain a two-hour show starting at 8:00 PM Eastern when it moves to the Fox in October since the network's primetime programming ends at 10:00 PM Eastern. The site added that "there is still the possibility that additional wrestling action, whether that be some extension of 'SmackDown' or companion programming, could spill over to cable channel Fox Sports 1."

Taker vs Goldberg?? In 2019??

I'll reactivate/cancel my subscription for MITB but I'm not watching anything from WWE coming out of Saudi Arabia. Vince just got the bag and said fuck it we can just put anything together. Goldberg/Undertaker should have been done around '03-04 like right before Goldberg left.

the Prince of Saudia Arabia is the one who ask for these random ass matches

that nigga asked for a Yokozuna match the first time they were gonna do a show there lmao he didnt know Yokozuna is dead

He also asked for Ultimate Warrior

• SAUDI ARABIA PRINCE WANTED DEAD WWF LEGENDS AT GREATEST ROYAL RUMBLE
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, the Saudi Arabia Prince who wanted the Greatest Royal Rumble event asked for 3 specific names on the show – The Undertaker, Ultimate Warrior & Yokozuna.

While The Undertaker worked the event, the prince didn’t know that Warrior & Yokozuna are no longer with us.

This is the possible reason why Sumo wrestler Hiroki Sumi worked the 50 man Royal Rumble match, because he looks similar to the late great Yokozuna.

You know what else Saudi Arabia gets that only American fans get once a year? Tons of pyro and a unique stage

I remember hearing that.

Vince basically do whatever he say just to get that money. Notice the Hogan return talks really didnt start until they started going to Saudi Arabia either. Its cause that Prince wanted Hogan. I mean we know he'd probably return somewhere down the line but I think their business w/ Saudi Arabia led to it happening even sooner.

Agreed. I think we all knew Hogan returning was inevitable although his reputation is damaged in the U.S.. However, Vince got that old school promoter gene in him and will do anything for the dollar. So I ain't surprised.
