Bad Bunny vs. Damian Priest is set for Backlash, but wasn’t the original plan.

Fightful Select reported around WrestleMania that Bad Bunny was set to return and work towards a tag match with Rey Mysterio, taking on the Judgment Day duo of Damian Priest and Dominik Mysterio.Things were moving that directions and plans were headed that way, but the match was changed to a singles match.

Fightful has learned that the original plans would have seen Bad Bunny pinning Dominik Mysterio in Puerto Rico, and leaving the fans happy. However, Dominik and Rey Mysterio were pulled from the match, and both Bad Bunny and WWE were said to have felt comfortable with Bunny’s ability to have a good singles match instead.
Bunny winning as I can see the big celebration in PR. Priest can take the L too.

Dang. She was an ex alcoholic or something too right? Bad beat. Hope her pain is gone now wherever she is

Drew McIntyre hasn't been seen on WWE TV since WrestleMania and the chances of him returning are said to be slim.

McIntyre is no longer advertised for Money In The Bank and he and WWE are said to be far apart on agreeing to terms on a new deal.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that McIntyre is working with the idea that there's a good chance that he is finishing up with the company. If nothing changes, then he won't be back or WWE could bring him back for one final storyline so he could lose to someone on the way out.

Possibly sellin out Wembly b4 a single match is even announced is a BIG...FUCCIN...DEAL! AEW gotta go all the way out.

Lookin forward to see what matches are gonna be on the card.

These brand splits are stupid, I hate AEW is even playing with the idea when i enjoyed watching them because it was done like a classic wrestling company, 1 main champ, 1 roster, and spread out ppv shows.

They got too many people on the roster who aren't getting time, it's the same issue with WWE.
