No. What Foley did wasnt just being a “crash test dummy”, he perfected a form of wrestling for a mainstream audience.
What Lita does is just that..a woman who can take the bumps, yes..but boy was she super sloppy and botched a lot of things. This ain’t to say she NEVER had a decent or good match, but her overall work in the business isn’t good enough to say she was that good. Pairing her w the Hardy’s, her relationship w Matt (and eventually Edge) is what KEPT her where she was.

Her moonsault was sloppy and dangerous and outside of her feud with Trish Stratus, I can’t honestly name you one memorable match Lita took part in.
Lita basically came along at the right time in the business when WWE’s female talents was less than spectacular. She had a unique look about her and she was the first American female wrestler (of my knowledge) to ever do a moonsault but outside of that …. she really wasn’t that talented in the ring.
It seemed like at least with Trish, Trish learned and got better in the ring. I won’t say Trish is God’s gift to female wrestling but she took the time to go from just being eye candy to a kickass female talent who could do more than bodyslam and the hair pull swing. Lita in my opinion, once she got into the business and made it to the WWE, she coasted her entire career.
