I don't think you can really fall too far out of shape in a month unless you're fucking Zion Williamson. That's more for them to get with family, do regular day to day shit and decompress. They should/would still be working out in their team market.

I love that players are trying to be more committed to giving back to their communities and help start programs that are about uplifting our people. I just hope they do their research and don't get blinded by emotions or peer pressure before they start donating tons of money. There are a lot of scam artists that thrive on opportunities like what's going on now.
