Its the situation of Zion is clearly on another level and putting up crazy numbers.

The Pelicans winning percentage with Zion is gonna end up much higher than Jas percentage.

But then you add that Zion takes Jas spot in the playoffs and you have to consider Zion to win it. Not saying he def should, but i wouldnt be mad if he did.

Zion plays with an allstar and a former allstar

Ja plays with JJJ and Dillion Brooks (or is it Marshon?)

Zion wouldn’t be the sole reason why the pelicans are making the playoffs. Neither is Ja but you know what I mean

I think thing to comsider with Ja is the Grizzlies really dont care about making the playoffs this season and have actually attempted to get worse while the Pelicans always had expectations of competing for the 8th seed or better

Memphis got rid of Crowder who was a starter and was playing well for them and even Solomon Hill was a in the rotation

If Ja still gets them into the playoffs after also losing Clarke and Jackson to injuries I dont see how it could even be a debate

If Ja makes the playoffs, theres 0 debate, Ja wins.

If neither Ja or Zion makes the playoffs, theres 0 debate, Ja wins.

If Zion takes Ja's spot in the playoffs, theres a valid debate imo.
