im really shocked at how Silver has made all these changes that seem to have benefited the league, yet, NBAtv is still operating like a glorified youtube channel, and thats probably a diss to youtube because they've even come a long way as it relates to original content

There might be legal issues about letting current NBA players produce content for NBA tv.

The profits from NBA TV go into a pool and gets split between the players and owners.

Lots of conlict of interest, etc.

thats not whats happening and while you provided a great explanation as to why they cant air the KD doc, that still doesnt explain the missed opportunities they've not taken advantage of to make the channel be one of the better sports programming channels on cable

oddly enough, the nfl network channel used to be just like this and people only really watched when the combine was on, but even they have stepped up their game

to see the NBA behind the damn nfl is depressing
