All the players abandoning ship is where the line in the sand will be drawn cause majority of players don't got LeBron money. I also heard this morning the owners could lock out next season.

So these billionaire owners are already good without the nba. Most of the nba players NEED the nba.

The pressure going to break one side gotta see who breaks first.

I 100% RESPECT the fact that players are at least trying some real shit this time.

Less than half these owners are good to just lockout. These teams are investments and they need returns on their investment. Some of them barely make anything with the league functioning normally.

Covid fucking up their other businesses too. This is the perfect time to leverage play.

First off, i just wanna say it sucks that these athletes should even have to make this decision. All the respect in the world to them, but the majority of players are under 30 and shouldnt have to make a decision this big about their livelhood. So first off, major props to them and fuck America for forcing them into this.

With that said, I really dont disagree with them continuing to play.

Not because I personally wanna see them play, but because cancelling the season is the final thing they can do, and if they cancel this season and nothing changes, then whats the point of playing next season.

The optics of not playing the rest of the playoffs but playing next season through a minimum of 10 shootings would be terrible and just show that they didnt really have any power to begin with.

So with that said, to me, they either say were not playing any season until our demands are met period, or just keep playing.

And with that said, its unfair to expect most of these young kids to make this big of a sacrifice.

To me, I wanna give them props for even taking it this far, but I understand if they dont want to take it further.
