These teams not sending their best players makes sense too. Cause what are the chances that the 22nd ranked team is gonna win enough games out of 8 against 21 teams that are better than them.

Why risk your players getting injured just cause the league was lusting Zion?

Yea but also from a business perspective this is genius. Cause you could wait 2-3 years before making Zion the face of the league but he could get injured or be a bust before that and lose all the hype.

But this way, you push him out front while the hype is what it is and get as much attention as you can for the league incase he never manifests.

And before the caw caws go crazy, this is just in theory. Im rooting for Zion to reach his potential for real.

Charles Barkley is his ceiling. But if he turns into Blake Griffin that wouldn’t be a bad thing either minus the injuries of course. He also has a better jumper than Blake did when he first entered the league.

Yeah only thing is zion might not be as good of a playmaker blake and Charles were coming out
