There's this Hispanic lawyer who's banned from our bar... Because he's an asshole...

Dude mad disrespectful and it's like he gets off on fucking with people.

I didn't know he was banned from our bar... But he tried to come in tonight with a "service dog"

Oddly enough... Just a few weeks ago.... We came across something that said bars technically don't have to allow service animals in.. Especially if the kitchen is closed and all we serve is alcohol.... So he walks in... And I ask him does he have papers for his dog as I kinda signal the bartenders for assistance...

Well one of the bartenders recognized the guy, and was like naw fuck him... He's banned...

So I turn to him and say sorry bro.... Nothing I can do for you. Have a good night.

But he's like completely trying to asshole his way in by talking all types of silly shit.. I ignored most of it....

Then he really starts fucking with me.... Saying I kinda look like Joe Frasier.... So I laugh like... Naw not even close...

Then he goes .... Well you're ugly like him..

And I was like, yea your dog is ugly as fuck too... What is that a seeing eye rat?? It helps you find peanut butter n shit??

People start laughing and he invites me outside....

So I'm like what's up??

I come out side and instantly just start going in on this niggaz dog.... Like joke after joke... This nigga getting mad like he's ready to fight....

Calling me a pussy... Bitch... All that shit.... But by this point bartenders are outside and they're like

Chill D this guy's a lawyer... He's just looking for a excuse to sue this place....

And that just fucked me all up....

Like it burns my skin to think that there are people who disrespectfully call folk out soley to press charges...

Like what in the whole fuck??

I mean I can't even begin to express how ridiculously stupid that is.

You know how easy it is for a no nothing nigga to get a job at Bar??

I mean, yes...I got shit to lose. I got kids, a wife, jobs.... With an s.... Hella bills, responsibilities.... All that


But he don't know that.

For all he know I could be a multiple time felon with NOTHING to lose.

I could be that guy who doesn't give a one fuck about jail, being sued, getting arrested, catching a body.... Any of that...

Like he really don't know.....


How can people operate like that?? How can you go out in the world and just call random strangers out to fight you.... Just so you can press charges later??

Like say no one stops me. No one tells me dude is a lawyer. I go outside... Kick this guy's ass for calling me out.... And in a few weeks my life is ruined as a result, cuz his first move is to press charges....

I hate that the world operates like that.

Whooping a niggaz ass should be a fine at best.

You go to court... The judge asks what happened. I say

Your honor, homie asked me to step outside. He approached me in a threatening manner and fists started to fly.

I just happened to get the better of him.


Judge goes.... Seems fair. $70 fine....

Lemme tell you something..... If all you got for kicking someone's ass was a fine like you get for them speed or red light cameras.....

You just got to be smart. This ain't caveman society my nigga. You can't just club someone on the head cause you don't like some shit they said. If you really wanted to beat his ass that bad, beat him at his own game. Find a way to goad him into attacking you. If he's too scared to take it there, which most likely was, then you can call him all types of bitch and there isn't she he could do about it.

Cracked on the way he held the dog said he prolly fucking it. Asked him how little your dick gotta be to get puppy head....

Real talk, that's probably the worst thing you could do to him. It might not feel like it, but it is. He probably thought you were a dumb nigger than he could manipulate. I guarantee the fact that he failed in that hurt him more than punches would have. Well not literally of course, but that dude didn't go home happy.

Earlier today maintence was outside carrying a huge tv to the dumpster , older model flat screen.. I don't have a tv in my room so I jokingly asked if it worked I would take it, they said yeah and brought it to my door....this shit has no volume the hdmi doesn't work and the screen has spots all over it when turned on, all I can do is play my old ass wii with no sound on it till it over heats.....now im stuck with it cause i'm too lazy to take it back out to the dumpster where it belonged and was headed to in the first place.
