anyway, I think her name is Barbara Norton. she is hurricane Chris' godmother or something. well she wanted everyone to acknowledge him too so, unknown to any of the house floor, she presented him with an award then asked him to perform

imagine watching this shit live. I was at my desk monitoring the hearing for work and was fucking rolling

after that, they passed some rule basically banning that kinda shit from happening again
