i think it is

to be short....its easy to settle or get comfortable when you feel you've outdone everyone around you

changing to an environment and a circle where the problems and decisions and solutions are bigger than just you, it keeps you pushing...keeps you hungry...which is actually frustrating and seems hard in the midst of it but you're progressing and learning the whole time and barely notice it
