When losing weight, your body will pull from all areas to burn fat. Its impossible to target a specific area to burn fat.Time to attack this fupa. I’m about to plank for five minutes.
However, it IS possible to target certain areas for muscle growth which may or may not make the area look "thinner". Do a lot of lower abdominal type exercises. Lay flat on your back with arms to the side and lift your legs straight ahead and push up from your lower back/butt then slowly put legs back on the ground and repeat. Shit hits those lower abs hard af.
