Health benefits are just one piece of the pie too. What retirement looking like. What's you vacation, sick, holiday, comp time looking like?

oh the rest of that shit is gravy.....401k (matching 3.5%), 120 hours of PTO (counts for sick, vacation, etc....can sell back 40), and 1 floating holiday

Im salary exempt so I still get overtime on anything over 40, time and a half on skeleton crew days, and double time plus the 8 hrs regular pay if I work shit like Christmas eve and New Years eve.....which I usually do....I run a small department and the other person or two is typically not coming
