Chaka is one of my favorite singers ever in the history of ever and she's a legend and icon....BUT she's looking/acting like she's "on dat shit" again. I hate to see it.

Alot of people talk about good benefits at jobs, I used to get confused by what they meant. I had never had a job where the benefits really mattered to me. I only used my benefits for dentist visits , occasional doctor visits, prescription meds, and glasses. It wasnt until I had a job where the out of pocket cost were so much more higher than what i was used to paying before i understood what people meant by good benefits.

Went from paying 70 dollars for meds to 300

Went from 50 dollar co pay for glasses to 310

Went from paying 25 dollars for therapy to 150

Lol...I mean damn, I've been employeed since 15, would hate to see what people pay outta pocket for no insurance, if this is bad insurance
 
My job pays for my insurance 100% and the deductibles are reasonable.

Health benefits are just one piece of the pie too. What retirement looking like. What's you vacation, sick, holiday, comp time looking like?
