The subway is the most unsafe place to be in NYC . It's a free for all down there not only do you have to look out for the mentally ill,but people blatantly smoking,blasting their music/movies on speakers connected to their phones,people randomly attacking you without provocation and incidents like this.

Back in the day none of that shit used to bother me. Used to be sitting on the train and fall asleep and just get off my stop. Now we got more homeless and more mentally ill folks on the train, everybody been on high alert
The mayor been pushing for remote workers to go back to the office full time to pump money into the train and economy but shit like this make us go like nah stay my ass remote
