For the sake of the world, men gotta change and stop all this ultra-competitive, macho shit. I lived long enough to know most men really be hurting and ain't living like that.

Men go home and cry themselves to sleep and then gotta front like everything okay because that's what society expects us to do.

I ain't excusing men doing this violent shit but we ain't gonna solve the problem without changing what being a man means in the 21st century and beyond.
