People never take the time to think when they see these reactionary posts. If someone in NYC really tried to set up a food cart selling actual rats on skewers, they'd be reported and shut down within the hour. You have to have all kinds of permits n shit to have a food cart & they actively go around looking at regular stands to make sure you have everything in order. You think a police state like NYC would let migrants boldly do that out in the open?

I agree to a point. I used see some immigrants grilling all types of wild looking shit by maria hernandez park in bushwick. Shit would be smelling delicious but looking like stuffed chitlins when you got up close. There's no way they got a permit for that nonsense.
