Finally found the Japanese BBQ seasoning at my store...

I've been buying the small dollar seasonings then putting them in a larger can to avoid all the salt that's in regular seasoning

Truffles taste garlicky mushrooms is the best way I can describe it. It's really good on fries and pasta.
