Just going off reviews and what people said already like a Jamaica flavor. But mine will be in Monday and I'll give it a dry taste test. And report back

Okay, so I looked up the history of it. It was created by a man named Don Cook from Montgomery, AL. His nickname was/is Cricket.

Got the seasoning in today. Gone pan fry some rack of lamb and use it.

The seasoning is pretty good has a real Caribbean flavor. You can taste the sweetness of the pineapple mango and other sweet flavors also a little spicy/heat It's not your typical all purpose seasoning that you would use for a meatloaf or a steak unless you it's a carribean based meal

Definitely want to use it on some chicken and other items and grill with it.

Far as it being on the lamb it was cool. I think I like my lamb on the grill

They have spices with no salt but depends what you are looking for. Cajun, italian, Mediterranean, poultry spice, etc...

Or better yet, what are you trying to cook?

Honestly, mixing your own spices is the way to go. This is what I do and just add salt at the end of the cooking. Salt to taste

Mccormick has some of their spices salt free.

I have a salt free Cajun seasoning from Tony chacher's.
