OPINION New seasonings to try

We grilled Sunday, and I’ve been trying to lessen my sodium intake. I like the Kinder’s brand so far, so I decided to try this rub. I’ve never seen the Kingsford before and decided to try that one as well. They both were good.

I see the company says it's about focusing on quickly adding salt-free flavor to food...a k a in a "dash"

Mrs. Dash just wants to be her own woman now, so she dropped the 'Mrs.' title. I'm pretty sure she announced it on Twitter with a thinkpiece she wrote for Buzzfeed

I think a lot of my cooking ends up with one or more of these in it. The Tony Cachere's spicy joint I put on damned near everything I eat. That cheap ass Spice Time Cajun shits is good as fuck when used right. Drop it in some corn meal when you're finna fry some fish and the shit is fiyah!
