You sue someone for whatever and take them to court. We let people vote whether they want a jury or a poll vote and go from there.

if you have an issue with a poster, you take it to ABW court

if found guilty, depending on the crime, they either pay a hefty fine and they have to issue an apology OR if its severe enough, they could face a temp ban
