With all love get the vaccine if you didn't.
Got my second shot on sunday. No side effects fortunately. The first one gave me a sore arm for a few days
My job announced that all employees have until Nov 1 to get the vaccine or to get to stepping.
I work 100% remote lol. I'm already vaccinated but I just think it's funny that more than half the staff is remote but they still want them vaccinated.
The hear tears and anger in our meetings is straight comedy. No these heathens are talking about religion and how they don't have to be vaccinated
why do they need to be? they work remote
When asked the question they stated that since my department does meet with clients, contractors and customers they feel that we should also be vaccinated since we're still are a part of the company.why do they need to be? they work remote
My guess is even if people work remote they can still get covid and either end up not able to work temporarily or on long-term disability or dead af.
Also part of why companies are requiring it is because people can and will sue the company for failure to provide necessities of a safe work environment. Companies don't want that headache especially if others get sick and decide to band together to sue. If an employee gets vaccinated and still catches covid-19 for the company they did everything and they're protected legally.
Just an FYI
