Pacers are not contenders

The East is Wide open If Kawhi doesn’t come back look at what they did last year without Oladipo and they play defense.
You can’t trust Philly The bucks still got work to do and Boston is trending downwards for now trust me the Pacers are Contenders in the east.

Rubio needs to go to a Contender
Warriors
Lakers
Clippers ( If they can’t keep Bev)
Bucks
Pacers
Philly

I think most of those teams you listed would prefer a shooter at the point as opposed to just a play maker. Lakers would want I would guess a shooter to assist with spacing because Bron is still gonna handle the ball a ton. Clippers definitely don't need him because they have Shai, Philly needs shooters, Bucks want shooters also.

Pacers he could do well at and he would be a good back up for Steph and sometimes maybe share the court if the opponents backcourt is small.

Y’all got to help me on the number. But what do the Lakers have like $25 million?

They are probably going to swing for a max guy because they are incompetent

If I were them I would look to build an actual TEAM around two Top 5 players. Maybe sign guys to 1 yr deals to maximize the cap space.

Off the top l wood look at :
  • Seth Curry (3 mill last year)
  • Noelle (not sure)
  • Justin Holiday (not sure)

Slightly more expensive vets-
  • Pat Beverly (7 mill or so)
  • Danny Green (10 mill or so)
  • Maybe Ariza (15 mill last yr ; wont get that this year)
  • Marcus Morris (10 mill or so)
  • Austin Rivers (8 mill or so)

Edit -

Vet Minimum watch -
  • Jokim Noah
  • Melo
  • Livingston (if he’s interested)

We’ll see what they do.

I agree with the remark about them being incompetent but if they're signing these guys to 1 year deals how will that benefit them longer term ? Where would you go from there if you were the team owner or GM ?

LOL @ “longer term”

That just gutted their next 7 years for one guy. Lebron is gonna to be 34 in December.

This has nothing to do with long term.

They need to win now

Oubre Jr and Mikal Bridges are better than the other 2. Suns were playing with life once Oubre got there

If they can flip those other 2 for a stretch big or a PG or both, it’s a good move(Ntilikina, Exum, Draymond would be good for them even for a year, Aminu, Mirotic- not worth price)

Suns need to be looking to add vets/high iq players/dirt work guys
Ain't even gonna front I forgot oubre was there but I remember him playing fairly well for them. I heard Detroit was interested in Warren which would be a smart move on their part
