I agree about using that sample twice especially when he had where y'all at circulating. I also don't get how summer on smash made it and the joint with jada x and Jay didn't make NOOO sense.IMO Nas never has had bad beats. Im in agreement with the executive producer angle, a lot Nas albums had songs that shouldn’t have made the fuckin cut at all (Summer on Smash, Braveheart Party, etc) or wasn’t executed properly (Hip-Hop is Dead, I would have never reflipped that beat again and it was a weak single).
Ok...so...tonight is the first opportunity I've had to get in "my space" and listen to this album in peace. I've been listening since it dropped but haven't been able to give it full attention until now...
Y'all...I think I got pregnant listening to this
I have so much to say but I'm high as giraffe pussy so there will be multiple posts...moving on
All I can say rn is...
The production on Speechless immediately invokes nostalgia...dat shit grimey af and clean at the same time. Nas went back to Nasty Nas with the chipped teeth...I could close my eyes and see him rhymin in a project building

The man in him is bringing the kid in you out...you kid him he still playin the victim, you weirdin me out...thats what my perspective is maybe cuz Im a specialist. Sippin mixed liquor beverages...six figure checks are big but eight figure checks and you rich. The Nas enthusiasts thinkin they know whats best for me more than I know whats best for me...no rest for me. Gotta be a special type n---a to deal with my life...gotta be a special type n---a to feel what I write
