Album of the year so far?

Lost Tapes 2 and that El Capo are my favorite rap albums so far this year. This is more my speed though.

I think Gibbs' album is overall better.

If I had to pick the top 3 songs from both albums it'll probably be all LT2 songs, but Gibbs' joint had no dry spots. LT2 has about 4 or 5.

After 3 listens ...for me : yes this is the album of the year so far .

Naw nothing really stands out from Gibbs ; haven’t really had the urge to listen to it since the original runs

I've been trying to make myself really like that Gibbs project but it's just something about him that I've never been able to vibe all the way with.
Give the production on that album to somebody else and it might've been a different story. I tried listening to it again yesterday on the ride from work. Maybe it'll grow on me.
