Name Some Albums I Should Buy

5 Grand

Old School Godfather
So I'm trying to play catch up. I'm in my mid 40s and at this age, buying the new rap album isn't as important as paying bills.

So over the past few weeks I bought;

Damn - Kendrick Lamar
4:44 - Jay Z
We Got It From Here - Thanks For Your Service - ATCQ

I bought those albums, in part, because they got good reviews here at ABW. And for the record, those albums are great!!!

Give me 2-3 more albums I should buy.

I ordered Cardi B and Nicki Minaj's recent albums because I'm curious how they sound. But they haven't arrived in the mail yet.

I'm interested in buying a J.Cole album but I'm not sure which one I should get. Also, I've heard good things about Big Krit but I don't know which album I should get.

Help a brother out.

Thats all I got for now

Thanks for the feedback but the first album you listed was Insane Clown Posse. They're not my style.

I'm looking for something a little more mainstream and, well, Black.

38 Spesh and Kool G Rap-Son of G Rap
Royce Da 5/9...Book of Ryan
Joey Bada$$...1999
Styles P...G Host
NORE...5E
Pusha T...Daytona

All these albums are dope af and came out this year (except Joey’s 1999 which dropped this year as a rerelease)

Anybody know if that Lox album Filthy America was any good?
As a Lox fan, I was disappointed. They got a handful of tracks I liked. The thing is they took too long and to release that album I was expecting greatness. I shouldn't have set my expectations so high I guess. I played it for like a month and haven't listened to it since.

Is it worth ordering from Amazon for $10 or should I get something else?

Drake Nothing Was The Same
K Dot Good Kidd Mad City
50 Cent Get Rich or Die Tryin

I can't tell if this is a joke.

I already bought a Drake album (Take Care) and I wasn't feeling it at all.

I already own GKMC

And Get Rich or Die Tryin is so old that it could be considered "old school"
