Nothing to do with quality control or his 'end rhyme drop out' (whatever that means)... Quality control would be mean his songs became inferior, they didnt...

Like I said, the part about him writing and recording alot is correct, thats about it... Pac often chopped and changed verses from song to song (and changed planned future song and album titles too) so thats why he had the odd song with a recycled verse or line, especially on posthumous songs...

He didnt actively set out to use/release the same verse or line like some rappers, when he passed he just had tons of reference tracks and tracks in the bank recorded that he choose to take out move to other songs...
