Looks like a dumb tiktok video trying to blame Black men for not saying the patriarchy is bad.
Plot twist: It isn't bad and our families were stronger with it. Men and Women are equal, but not the same. Taking women out of the home to push 9 to 5 meaningless jobs only benefits corporatism. It leads to strained marriages, kids who get much less parenting, less community support since mothers have always been the backbone of them, and is counter to how mankind has progressed since we came to be.

Exactly. If one can't see why patriarchal views are damaging and the whole system needs to be gone for the better of humanity then I don't know what.

I'm all for opportunities for people to pursue if they want to, and more power to anyone that does.
I'm speaking solely about the notion that the patriarchy is bad, it's not and never has been. We've made a society where every woman is basically forced into the workforce, when most wouldn't go in if they didn't have to. We dimmish those who stay home and raise their kids, as if pushing papers in a 9 to 5 is better somehow. Then we wonder why so many women are on meds and unhappy in life.
Only group of men that benefit from patriarchy is white men.

Their point is that since black men are men therefore black men benefit from patriarchy. So in essence the same privileges that the white men benefit from black men also benefit from it as well.
What are the privileges black men get? I don't think my patriarchy stimulus check has come in yet.

Every black family has benefited from the patriarchy. Where in the 6,000 years of recorded history has that been proven false? Patriarchy literally mean rule of the father. it's the foundation of every society on the planet
