I didn’t know he was abused by his step father and sexually abused by his mother. But after hearing that, who he is makes sense: how he’s an evil boss (both in reality and onscreen), how he’s abusive toward his children in storylines, why he would want the incest storyline, how he viewed and treated women, and why he’s completely devoid of emotion towards any trauma.
