Lol fam, I find the people who solely harp about Cole's role in this movie amusing cause this shit doesn't turn into a good movie with just the removal of that character. Theres so many flaws with this film
 
There's a ton wrong with this film lol and the second probably won't be much better.

MK works better as a series and a timeline. Better off starting from Raidens perspective against Shang/Shao Khan/Quan Chi. Then show time progressing with different seasons following Subzero/Scorpion clan beef, Special Force shenanigans with Sonya and Jax, another season specifically for Lui, King Lao, and the Shaolin Monks. Each season could end with Raiden interacting/recruiting members. Could legit do 6 or 8 episode type stuff.

Yeah the lore is deep enough to do an entire series with multiple seasons. Just got to convince studios it’s worth the investment. Most people see Mortal Kombat as that game with fatalities and that’s it.

Son exactly!!! In fact I remember ppl raving about the first 10 minutes and then the rest of the movie just goes down hill. I might have to roll up this weeknd and revisit lmao
