There's usually a lot of ambiguous language that takes place in such transactions.... you see people talking about "gifts"... "donations"... "gratutities"...
Also, escorts almost never advertise the service they provide as "fucking"... That's why they call themselves "escorts" rather than "whores." It is perfectly legal to "escort" someone to an engagement. And if you happen to have sex after the engagement? Y'all grown... you can do what you want. Even if it has been agreed that someone is going to make a "donation."
Plus, in general there's a lot more ambiguity as concerns the execution of these transactions over the internet.
Or "booking info" in the bio.... The chick says she is an "entertainer" and you have to pay for entertainment that you have to "book" her for, same way as you would book a wedding band or a children's party clown. There isn't much talk about how exactly she is gonna "entertain" you, except for maybe how long the entertainment will last. And yeah, the entertainment is gonna be happening in a hotel room.
All of that is pretty legal so long as someone doesn't act like an ass and blurt shit out in plain language.
