Can someone explain something please? how do these IG hoes get away with escorting in the US if prostitution is illegal? I get that a lot of them fly aborad to places like dubai etc but there are plenty of them that do it on US soil. i saw a tweet from a pornstar saying that a rapper paid her 5k to smash and i was wondering howcome the feds don't arrest them?

Because legally, it's hearsay.

Same shit as niggas rapping about robbing and shit and feds can't really come after them until they get hard evidence linking the two together. (i.e. they get caught soliciting)

Bruh, you sound mad young with that question but I'll answer it for you without prejudice.

You'll notice that when people get arrested for prostitution, the charges usually don't say "Prostitution".... They say "Solicitation." Because what is really illegal is *soliciting* prostitution services... advertising yourself as a prostitute, standing on the street corner waving at cars, etc. Or patronizing such a solicitor.

Once two people get together to fuck, what gifts they exchange is their own business. It's like, if you have sex with your girlfriend and right after you're done you take her to go shopping, or you give her money to get her hair done... Are they gonna arrest you and say that you paid for the sex? Of course not! So if a chick just *happens* to have sex with a rapper.... and afterwards he just *happens* to give her 5k.... that ain't nobody's business so long as she didn't public advertise that she'll fuck anybody for 5k.

Yeah but US law states that offering someone money or negotiating a price to have sex is solicitation. If i DM a model and offer 5k to smash or if I ask her if she does meetups and she quotes me a price then we've solicited prostitution. I get that if we agree to meet and fuck and then i decide afterwards to give her something its not but if we arrange it prior that the sole reason we're meeting is to have sex which im paying for then according to your laws its illegal. i get that people do it on the low obviously. But if its quite apparent to me and most of us here that certain models escort i just dont get how they or their clients get away with it.

There's usually a lot of ambiguous language that takes place in such transactions.... you see people talking about "gifts"... "donations"... "gratutities"...

Also, escorts almost never advertise the service they provide as "fucking"... That's why they call themselves "escorts" rather than "whores." It is perfectly legal to "escort" someone to an engagement. And if you happen to have sex after the engagement? Y'all grown... you can do what you want. Even if it has been agreed that someone is going to make a "donation."

Plus, in general there's a lot more ambiguity as concerns the execution of these transactions over the internet.

Or "booking info" in the bio.... The chick says she is an "entertainer" and you have to pay for entertainment that you have to "book" her for, same way as you would book a wedding band or a children's party clown. There isn't much talk about how exactly she is gonna "entertain" you, except for maybe how long the entertainment will last. And yeah, the entertainment is gonna be happening in a hotel room.

All of that is pretty legal so long as someone doesn't act like an ass and blurt shit out in plain language.

Yes but ive seen models on Vlad TV admit to fucking athletes, rappers, businessmen and random clients in exchange for money. That girl that died in Ghana not too long ago, Tiger Booty, was on Vlad and even stated her price. Danii Banks has done a number of interviews where she talks about escorting too and getting paid to get pee'd on etc.

I know feds could just look at that as rumours or attention seeking claims etc. but i was just curious to see if there was something i wasnt getting. It's illegall in dubai as well but i don't hear of any models/clients getting arrested even though it's a well known thing that so many models flock there to prostitute themselves. so i thought maybe there was a catch i was missing.

Dont get me wrong, im not naive. i get that people do the deals on the low. and i guess as what Joegrine has said about ambiguous language and coded ways of negotiating is how they go about it.
