It’ll help in a lot of different ways. Mainly you’re brain will start associating “urge” with “progress” instead of always “urge” with “pleasure” which usually keeps you In a loop 🔁. Even if 10 isn’t your speed start with 5 every 30 mins. I’ll be doing them as well. Rooting for you homie 🤝💯
