If I recall, she posted her first (extremely mild) B/G content around.... December 2020, I think? And she didn't identify her partner. (It was not Gucci, I don't think)

At worst she was negligent and overtrusting... but I don't see how you can put that on the same level as someone who already knows they're infected and doesn't inform their partners.
